How to Apply for Transcript

  1. Apply at school

​          【Applicant need to pay the fees at school first and acquire the documents after one working day.】

STEP1. Print out and fill the application form.

STEP2. Pay the fees for application made at the Payroll Section.( 1st floor of Administration Building)

STEP3. Submit the application form to the Registration Section.

STEP4. Acquire the documents at the alternate day (one working day) after 14:00 from the drawer of the Registration Section.

  1. Posting application

​          【The documents will be mailed to the correspondence address】

STEP1. Print out and fill the application form.

STEP2. The fees can be paid via the receipt from the post office (Beneficiary account name as “National Yang-Ming University”)

STEP3. Post the application form and the receipt inside an A4 size envelope to “No. 155, Sec. 2, Linong St., Beitou District, Taipei City 112, Taiwan (R.O.C.). Registration Section of National Yang-Ming University.”

STEP4. The Registration Section will post the documents back to the applicants after the procedure have been completed.

If you can not log into the NYMU portal, please mail to email address of ICC(icc@ym.edu.tw).

Access PathNYMU portal /Administration/Grade Management/ Transcript Request

STEP1. log into the NYMU portal.

STEP2. Fill the online application form and enter submit, the amount of application fee and payment account number will be shown in the system

STEP3. Transfer the application fee to the account number stated.

STEP4. The transcripts will be posted in the alternate working day after the application fee is verified by the Registration Section.

Remarks:

  1. Please make sure to post the full postage for the return envelope. The charging standard of the Post Office can be referred online and can estimate according to the type of mail to be sent and the total number of transcripts.
  2. The "post office" set up in the school has services such as selling stamp envelopes, etc.
  3. If a sealed and stamped letter from the school is needed, please prepare a blank envelope, put the related documents into the envelope and paste it properly, then go to the Registration Section for seal and stamp services (Address stamp and Sealed stamp).
